PepsiCo has relied on Total Event Resources for over ten years as their strategic partner for their annual training summit. As part of their role, TER designs an engaging sponsorship package, develops interactive gamification to foster interaction with dealers and suppliers, creates an innovative menu that incorporates the brand’s products, and most importantly provides an inventive experience each year.
Over three days of the gathering, there are 30 break-out sessions, hands-on equipment training sessions, a vendor and supplier expo with 220 exhibitors and two nights of evening entertainment. For TER, it’s all-hands-on-deck as we oversee convention center management, hotel reservation management, food and beverage management, audiovisual and technical management, mobile app development, transportation coordination and management, staffing and pre-and onsite registration.
Because we are involved year-round, we can be an extension of our client’s team rather than a fulfillment partner. Strategy development is a TER core strength, and by utilizing us in the design, production and execution phases of the event, PepsiCo is enjoying record results at their vendor-funded conference.
Other stats include 44% sponsorship revenue increase from year prior, new revenue streams generated by the mobile app and a watchdog partner that oversees cost efficiencies while maximizing the training purpose of the summit. 92% of attendees surveyed post-event rate the overall experience as either extremely satisfied or well satisfied and good.
