Total Event Resources partnered with Sofitel Chicago Magnificent Mile, to create the 2018 Chicago, Dinner En Blanc, after party of the year – La Nuit! La Nuit is a Sofitel Hotels & Resorts global brand event, designed to engage the surrounding community through a nouveau French flare with stylish sophistication.
Sofitel Chicago was in the midst of a rebrand and they wanted to use this event to represent their brand in a fresh light. Total Event Resources was tasked with renovating the lobby to have the look and feel of the company’s hotels that had already been visually rebranded.
They wanted a surprise and delight moment for the Dinner En Blanc guests while they waited to board the shuttle for dinner that would entice and give them an intro to what would come later that night.
In transforming the entire first floor of the hotel for the evening, the event included custom white and black La Nuit branding, which was visible in all facets of the night. From décor, lighting installations, food and beverage, and live entertainment, the after party attendees were greeted with a contemporary and chic French flare infused with excitement.
The black and white branded pillows, La Nuit bubble bath model, and interactive champagne wall were the perfect Instagram background for the white attired attendees. Additionally, a wildly talented DJ and electric fiddler duo was accompanied by a stellar sparkler show, making for an unforgettable night of dancing and revelry.
