Every brand has a story, and Boys Town has an especially poignant one that kicked off a celebration of 100 years of helping children and families across the U.S. Our client desired an experience that gave guests a sense of genuine celebration of the milestone achievement. Deciding on a Hollywood inspired theme, we brought it to life and treated guests to an authentic red-carpet evening.
Streetcar shuttles picked up guests at their offices and transported them to an Oscar styled (with a real “Oscar” just like Hollywood) red carpet lined with a historical timeline exhibit. We worked together with the client to help deliver an event that wowed 3,200 guests across 18 locations in one day.
It was important that the experience be as identical as possible in each location. To do so, we created a master design and then oversaw 13 caterers, ten venues, ten audiovisual vendors, ten rental companies, one scenic designer, a transportation vendor and three graphics printers. That was the easy part.
We also produced a live stream broadcast in all four US time zones simultaneously without any technical issues. Every detail of the day from the scenic and lighting to the unique food and beverage and red- carpet experience was delivered through heart, courage, and determination to help our client achieve their vision and kick off a year of celebrating 100 years.
