Total Event Resources produced the Grand Opening and Launch of a new Women’s and Children’s’ Hospital. An impactful event marketing strategy and innovative event design celebrated, dedicated, and showed off the facility to a very diverse crowd spanning eight days, 20 events and 4,000 attendees.
The TER team integrated entertainment and organized volunteers from the community and neighboring towns to raise awareness and interest in the facility and its access to residents in a previously underserved area. Working closely with hospital services, we managed delicious food and beverage that showcased in-house capabilities.
TER produced all creative and technical elements for varied breakfasts, luncheons, receptions, art auctions and community open house days combined with highly tailored tours. Our detailed production process ensured that the events were on time and in-budget.
Risk management may not be beautiful, but it is integral to any event, and our training sessions ensured that everyone knew their role in the case of emergency. Putting the focus on people, we helped the client tell the story that Alexian cares about people, and improves the quality of life for the residents of the communities in which they serve.
